Resumen
The object of this work is to propose transcriptions, exercises, and rudiments so that percussionists can approach improvisation on the congas and the alegre drum, having more tools or resources at the time of improvising. In the end, a concert will be held where some technical and academic resources will be highlighted, such as those already mentioned, which show the use and handling of them during my musical career. The theme of improvisation in percussion arises from concerns during the course of the career about the basic elements necessary for said exercise. After exploring, researching, and conducting fieldwork on what happens with percussion in different types of music, technical exercises began to be developed to address improvisation, taking into account diverse elements of music. Percussion instruments have been installed as accompanists, but in music with black influence they have a leading role. This roll has to do not only with improvisation, but with the way of accompanying with grooves or rhythmic cells, the importance of timbre and repetition.
