Estudio comparativo de la legislación sobre acoso laboral en Chile, Suecia, España y Colombia.

Abstract

Workplace harassment is a phenomenon that has been growing over the years, before it was very difficult to identify it, as there were no legal regulations that would help prevent and / or correct complaints of nonconformities or harassment that occurred in the place of job; as a consequence, some countries such as Chile, Sweden, Spain and Colombia have been in need of regulating the issue of workplace harassment. Based on the foregoing, in this monograph a qualitative investigation of compilation of sufficient information was carried out, which would allow the different “faces” to be postulated in relation to the genesis of workplace harassment, its involvement and the possible involvement of the worker and company. Finally, by means of a normative comparison of workplace harassment, the different positions in this regard were analyzed and linked to it; the pertinent recommendations for the legislation were established in the specific case of Colombia and thus reduce the risks to workers' health.
