Sistematización del proyecto “el árbol que cubre y protege” en su componente técnico, desarrollado en la provincia de Ubaté (Cundinamarca)

The systematization of project is a tool that allows to generate new knowledge for the understanding of the impacts of an intervention and the dynamic of the generated changes. This study presents the methodology of the systematization used in the project “EL ÁRBOL QUE CUBRE Y PROTEGE” executed in the municipalities of Tausa, Sutatausa and Cucunubá, to make stronger the social appreciation of the territory in the community by using environmental educational scenarios and the rehabilitation of the vegetal cover. The systematization was developed for the period of time between May of 2016 and August of 2017, using the methodology presented by the FAO (2005). Based on the results, it was demonstrated that the parallel execution of the pedagogical activities and techniques, plus the articulation of different main actors from the group of people involved were essential for the active and collaborative role of the community throughout the financing of the project. Likewise, the tracing and permanent evaluation of the developed activities allowed to timely incorporate the findings and make a feedback and adjustments on the process based on the new needs and the varying conditions of the execution; and that the proper diffusion of the whole experience entailed to increase the reach of the project since other actors replicated aspects of this work in their own territories. Even so, it was found that this is not enough to successfully conclude the project. Based on the learned lessons, is recommended that in the execution of projects involving the delivery of vegetal material include a property planning with detail budget and schedule for each beneficiary, since the majority did not conscientiously measured the cost and the time needed for the proper participation on the activities, and all of this brought delays and vegetal material lost.
