Mi cuerpo habla: laboratorio creativo

Abstract

In this research-creation proposal, a creative learning laboratory was designed and implemented with young people who were about to start their working lives, learning what the body means in contemporaneity and the search for their meaning in each participant, providing tools to strengthen the skills of the increasingly competitive and demanding world of work, such as teamwork and communication, from the appropriate body postures, awareness of breathing and its vital contribution, and the relationship space. In the process developed, a tour and an analysis of the six meetings that made up the laboratory and the two interviews conducted with each of the six young participants are carried out, where we discovered how their skills changed throughout the meetings.
