Abstract

This degree work corresponds to an application monograph, which was developed in the elaboration of a guide for the technical supervision, in the control and follow-up, during the execution phase, in the assembly of superboard walls, case study “Construction of the Emergency Service and TPR (Labor and Recovery), of the Health Center of Gutiérrez, Cundinamarca”. The construction of the expansion of the Health Center of Gutiérrez, Cundinamarca was taken as a case study, given the importance in the construction of this expansion by using a light dry construction system in the construction of the walls, given the importance in the advantages that this system presents, in its economy, versatility, safety and speed in the assembly. For the purpose in the construction of this guide, three specific objectives were established, the first one corresponds to the verification of the technical characteristics in the assembly of the walls, in which the revision of the technical specifications, the assembly process and the termination will be carried out, with the fulfillment of this objective the elaboration of an inspection template is sought, The second objective is to classify the faults that may occur in the assembly of the walls, this control will be carried out through the development of a control template, and the third objective is to develop a 3D model, which allows to perform a technical control, for the development of a guide for the assembly of the walls, which will be used for the elaboration of an inspection template.
