This document develops the final report of the internship carried out at the Bosa Zonal Center (CZB) of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF), through a linkage agreement as Ad Honorem interns with the Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Pedagogy. from the Francisco José de Caldas District University. Throughout this, the process developed through the pedagogical proposal called ''First Aid Pedagogical Tools for Educational Agents and Community Mothers in Distress: An Experience with the Bosa Zonal Center of the ICBF'', which arises from based on the needs of the Educational Agents and Community Mothers (hereinafter AE and MC respectively), identified in the technical assistance visits carried out at the Bosa Zonal Center, since it is evident that a considerable percentage of these agents (especially the MCs), have little appropriation of the pedagogical concepts addressed in the operational manuals of the different care modalities. Some of these concepts established by the ICBF in these manuals are: learning environments, pedagogical planning, pedagogical project/proposal, development monitoring and qualitative scale for assessing child development. Next, the generalities of the pedagogical proposal will be presented in terms of the functions performed by the interns, the context in which it was carried out, the service modalities, the work strategies developed in the virtual and in-person technical assistance with the AE and the MC, the tools applied to achieve the proposed objectives and the results obtained throughout the process.
