Resumen
Today Bogota has seen as supply of transport system was overwhelmed by the number of mobilized passengers; this occasioned both by the increase in the population density of the city as for low coordination between District entities and planning policies that allowed to implement transport systems medium capacity. For this reason, this research proposes a methodological structure determines the implications will the execution of a subway system in Bogota, as well as their participation in shaping sustainable urban transport for the city. The above is defined by methodologies for environmental and social sustainability, implementation of Delphi method and hypothesis building, ending with the interrelation and categorization of variables with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and identifying alliances between actors and percentages of occurrence of hypothesis selected with Free Software NAIADE. Consequently it was found that the two scenarios studied, alternative Complete SITP (With Metro) and the hypothesis Not Subway obtained 76.2% and 23.8% probability of occurrence that by the year 2028 its operation is directed towards transport sustainable urban taking into account the key variables identified. In conclusion it was determined that Complete SITP scenario is the only scenario that guarantees urban sustainability in transportation, densification and improving quality of life of the population.
