Pasantía auxiliar de obra en el área interventoría en la empresa Montessori S.A.S

Abstract

The labor practice that I have done belongs to the internship modality, which is one of the requirements to obtain the degree as a technologist in civil constructions of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, this was carried out fulfilling the functions concerning a work assistant in the area of auditing in the contracts made between Montessori S.A.S with APG Soluciones SAS and Metálicas OR SAS, and other functions requested by the company related to the project. Currently in the property located at 128 Street No. 72-80 belonging to the company Montessori S.A. S and where the Montessori British School operates, taking advantage of the difficult health situation that the whole world is going through and taking into account that the magnitude of the intervention could not be carried out with the presence of students, a project is being carried out that had been planned since previous years and for different factors such as: lack of both architectural and structural designs, previous studies, design of reinforcement of the existing structure, lack of contracts with the personnel concerned and some economic aspects had not been able to be executed. This school has an architectural team on staff due to the fact that they are continually performing maintenance work, which includes Eng. Germán Alvarado and the teacher Serafín Bogoya, at the time of the arrival of the intern, some activities had already been advanced to a great extent; Among the functions performed since her arrival was the daily tour of the work, participation as assistant in the meetings between the engineer in charge and the engineer hired for the design of the structural reinforcement, preparation of structural record plans, survey and drawing of the existing structure that serves as a basis for the design of the reinforcement, plans of the proposed support structure of the facade, quantities of work, request and receipt of material, support in taking measurements and typing of work cuts, verification of levels, plumbing of walls, among others, all these activities were accompanied by Eng. Germán Alvarado in charge of the work or by the master Serafín Bogoya.
