Resumen
The regime of domiciliary public services, Law 142 of 1994, establishes the provision of public services, private or mixed public companies, authorized organizations and municipalities through direct provision, in cases where it is permitted by law. The latter is the case of the municipality of Simijaca Cundinamarca, which provides public services of aqueduct, sewerage and cleaning through the Municipal Board of Public Services of the Municipality of Simijaca, to that extent, it is the obligation of the Board to update its tariff frameworks in accordance with the provisions In the Resolutions issued by the Commission for the Regulation of Drinking Water and Basic Sanitation (CRA), in the case of the public cleaning service, the third rate period is issued through Resolution 853 of 2018, which establishes the rate methodology applicable to service providers. that serves up to 5,000 subscribers in the municipality for the year 2018 and for this, a rate study was prepared where the following components are calculated; the total fixed cost (CFT), the variable cost of non-usable waste (CVNA), the variable charge per tons of waste effectively used (CVA), the waste per subscriber as well as tons of non-usable waste per subscriber month (TRN), as of the usable waste tons per subscriber (TRA), Establish the final rate per subscriber and the progressivity of the rate. The study concludes, in the increase of the final rate per subscriber, which in turn represents greater long-term financial sufficiency for the Municipal Board of Public Services of the Municipality of Simijaca.
