Resumen
The conflict at school: analysis of two intervention proposals, is the result of the research work carried out within the framework of the Master of Education in the emphasis of Social Sciences, Ethics, Politics and Education, where a documentary analysis and of speech about how the conflict is conceived, from the documents Experiences in social innovation Cycle 2007-2008. Program for the Management of the Hermes School Conflict, prepared by the Center for Arbitration and Conciliation of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, and the Conceptual Document Félix and Susana. Document for the induction of professionals, made by the Suramericana Foundation SURA and presented in the teacher training process, within the framework of the implementation of the Hermes School Conflict Management Program and the Félix and Susana Program. Both programs offered by the private sector and which reach the educational institutions of the District in agreement with the District Secretary of Education.
