Resumen
In recent years it is observed that it is common to attend different rehabilitation therapies, but these are not accessible to all people and those who have access to them, often have to endure long waits, with this in mind it is proposed to develop a rehabilitation tool easily accessible virtual, whose fundamental axis is a kinect V1. The Kinect will allow people who are with some physical trauma in the upper limbs to interact without having to have physical contact with the team. This project presents a personal rehabilitation system, based on the KABAT rehabilitation method, which uses proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques. This environment is designed so that the patient can perform different movements that help their treatment without the need for a physiotherapist to be present. The treatment consists of imitating a series of movements indicated by an expert in the field that have been previously recorded. In addition, you can choose the level of the patient, whether initial, intermediate or advanced. Thus, the user progressively takes his treatment. Tests were carried out on people of different ages, with different tendencies towards sport, some with old injuries in shoulder and arm, from which it is observed that those who have an injury score lower than other people. In general, a group of people with low scores, but higher than the one mentioned above, are people who do not perform physical activities. It can be said that this software is advisable to use it in patients who have a considerable degree of recovery in their therapeutic treatment, defining this software as a complementary plan to be able to complete their rehabilitation from home at a virtual level.
