Abstract

The present work is the result of a process of investigation and exploration with a gender approach that seeks to highlight the shortcomings that still exist in the educational context with respect to discrimination and misinformation on issues of sexual diversity, where a tour is made covering concepts such as sexual diversity and gender identity, passing through questions about socially accepted behaviors according to gender roles imposed by society, which consequently have given even more spaces of discrimination and ignorance, this statement being justified through a series of interviews with the LGBTI community to understand these experiences and therefore in the creation of a story that continues to reinforce the importance of the implementation of gender classes from childhood to achieve recognition and normalization of sexual diversity, also revealing the possibilities of graphic narration as a pedagogical tool
