Resumen
The present project is a qualitative documentary research in which, through analysis categories, an approximation was made to the content of the documents and strategies carried out by the Department of Education of the District regarding the issue of school coexistence in the framework of the Plan of Government "Bogotá Humana" (2012-2016) during the mayoralty of Gustavo Petro Urrego. The present study seeks to approach the conflict mediation strategies that have been proposed for the educational institutions of the Capital District, since the latter are scenarios in which a great amount of population is concentrated from all parts of the country that do not escape from Problems associated with the lack of coexistence in family and community environments, which lead to processes of school conflict.
