Resumen
The reading plays an important role in the learning process, considering that through this, people achieve to give sense to the reality and the cultural constructions immersed in it. Therefore, this research looks for strengthen the student´s reading process, by the use of cognitive and metacognitive strategies; implementing a b- learning learning environment that allows the students to consolidate different skills to face a society that demands a high level of autonomy in the construction of their knowledge. In order to achieve the proposed objective, the research was addressed from the action research design proposed by Elliot (2000), likewise, the didactic strategies implemented were oriented mainly from the approaches of Jolibert (2006) on classroom projects and Camps (s.f) on didactic sequences. At the end of the intervention, it demonstrates a level of appropriation of several of strategies implemented and in the b-learning environment was evident. This allowed initiating a process of training in the digital competitions, both in the students and in the researchers.
