Propuesta de implementación del módulo de inventarios mediante el uso de sistemas ERP en los almacenes súper día S.A.S.

Abstract

The company Almacenes Súper Día SAS currently manages an ERP that offers a complete system of registration and control of operations by modules, including the inventory management module. This module is not yet in operation due to the lack of a methodology or a manual for counting stocks, both in the main warehouses and at the points of sale. By not having an initial stock inventory, the company has not been able to make optimal use of the features of the tool. This has generated that there is no decision-making based on historical information. Everything is made empirically, which does not allow evidence of shortcomings such as inconsistencies in inventories, deviation in purchase orders, loss of product units due to deterioration, turnover rates, increased storage costs, and other indicators. This proposal provides an alternative solution for the implementation and use of the ERP system in inventory management.
