Resumen
The present project proposes the design of a hydraulic machine that allows the optimization of the process of wooden doors in the carpentry industry; which consists of the realization of a frame by means of wooden elements joined with industrial staples, after this, the glue is applied on the frame and the union of two thin plates is made by pressing so that they are correctly joined, this process requires space and the mobilization of weights to carry out the process, which means that additional space must be available in the plant for the storage of these, all the above, limits the production process generating bottlenecks. In order to have a starting point, a search was carried out on specific aspects such as the pressure and time required; it should be noted that this information was obtained from the instructions provided in the glue used for this activity and taking into account the strength of the agglomerate to avoid deformations in the final product. Then, in order to carry out the mechanical design process of the hydraulic press, based on the required pressure criteria and the measures established for the doors registered with the highest production, we proceeded to delimit the design margin and the approach of a practical, convenient and effective geometry, which would allow solving the demand problem. It should be noted that, throughout the project, the selection criterion used was the analysis of acting loads in both structural and joint elements (bolts and welding); taking into account that the latter are of vital importance within the considerations and implementation of the design, since they would be strategically located so that the structure could be disassembled. For the drive mode, an-electro-hydraulic system was used, composed mainly of two cylinders and the respective accessories; together with the electrical system in charge of controlling and activating the general system based on the service demand.
