Propuesta de metodología para manejo de inventarios

Abstract

The objective of this document is to develop a methodological proposal to improve inventory control at Formas Logísticas de Colombia SAS. For this purpose, a diagnosis of the current state and processes was carried out, which revealed that the main issues are discrepancies between digital records and physical stock, lack of traceability, and the absence of standardized procedures. As input for the proposal, process flow diagrams were created to describe the organization’s activities along with its organizational structure. Based on this analysis, the agile methodologies SCRUM and KANBAN were selected to develop the methodological proposal through adaptations to a logistics context that address the needs of Formas Logísticas de Colombia SAS, defining roles, activities, and duration, complemented by the preliminary design of a digital control dashboard (Dashboard) that functions as a KANBAN board by providing visualization of work and indicators of accuracy, turnover, and average counting time.
