Resumen
The present work of degree investigated the factors of psychosocial risk characteristic of a sample of collaborators of an environmental consultant in whom the hiring by the Order of Service Provision (OSP) predominates. The analysis of the results through the SPSS program suggests high levels of psychosocial risk in this sample associated with the intra-labor and extra-labor domains. In the intralaboral area, the level of high risk is mainly supported on the leadership domains and relationships at work. However, they also presented high levels in the domains of the demands of work and control over it, where workers manifest work overload, which has had a major impact on longer working hours, which explains the high levels in the extra-labor factor in the labor market. dimension corresponding to time outside work. Although one of the advantages of an OPS contract is related to the "autonomy" in the control of time to perform the work, it is clear that there is an imbalance in the quantitative demands, which has forced the worker to spend more time at work that desired and without any compensation for such additional hours. Situation that is aggravated due to the demands of the same economic sector that is characterized by the occurrence of sudden changes that demand the contractor adjust and meet requirements from one day to another.
