Formulación de lineamientos de un programa de mitigación de los cambios climáticos y cambios de cobertura en Villavicencio, Meta

Abstract

In the present investigation, different aspects from study in the municipality of Villavicencio – Meta, are approached; from the climatologic scope from variables like the temperature, the solar brightness, relative humidity, the precipitation and the evaporation, where the increase of temperature stands out approximately of more of 1°C from 1979 to 2019; satelite images for analysis of information from the vegetal cover where it is demonstrated lost of forest in the area of study. As well, it is observed in the results that there is a direct relation between the increase of temperature and the lost one of forests. Also, the social and environment aspects are considered, thus, a series of interviews and applied surveys to population was carried out random that resides in the municipality of Villavicencio with the purpose of knowing the perception previous exposed variables. This way, a cross line of study was obtained between the technical results and the social perception, that later the establishment allowed of three focal projects that could be applied by semester, to each one of the 10 communes of the municipality, these associated projects are: first, the handling and conservation of forests registered to the urban and rural expansion, second, the mitigation of the agricultural and cattle expansion and third, the sensibilización and the environmental education; like alternative to mitigate the climatic changes and the changes of vegetal cover in the municipality caused by anthropic activities
