Abstract

This work develops the project entitled, structuring of a business plan for the creation of the company Surveying Solutions S.A.S .; which has a portfolio of services for the sale of topographic equipment of the latest technology, accessories, technical support of equipment and calibration service for optical equipment such as stations, levels and theodolites. This business idea is based on the need of companies engaged in engineering projects to acquire surveying equipment and accessories to carry out such projects. Therefore, these services were proposed based on the high demand for equipment and the limited supply that exists in the city and in the country. The target public corresponds to all persons, both natural and legal, who have the need to acquire topographic equipment. Surveying Solutions S.A.S ., seeks to be positioned as a leading company in sales of surveying equipment nationwide, providing the best consulting services and technical support.
