Criterios técnicos para la interventoría y supervisión de construcción de obras en estructura metálica de edificaciones de mediana altura con grado de disipación sísmica moderado (DMO)

Abstract

The research is carried out in order to identify the inspection criteria, manufacturing and assembly processes, applicable tests and technical concepts in general for the work of inspection in the construction of steel structure buildings. The document is addressed to students, professionals and people interested in knowing the minimum criteria in construction, fabrication and erection of steel structure, specifically medium height buildings from 3 to 5 stories, at national and local level with moderate energy dissipation (DMO). Throughout the document, the topics to be addressed will be presented, among which are: Identification of materials, fabrication and erection procedures, finishes, reports, formats and intervention minutes, etc., for the development of each of the topics, a bibliographic research will be carried out, documents, texts, field research and publications in this area and the guidelines established in the standards will be followed, specifically the NSR 10 Titles F and I, the Colombian technical standard NTC 5832 and the technical guides of the Colombian Institute of Steel Construction ICCA. At the same time, a supervision manual will be developed, which will serve as support for educational institutions and professionals interested in the supervision and construction of metallic structures.
