Resumen
This report presents the theoric-practical process advanced while and after our accompained like practicers of the degree in childrens pedagogy at Distrital University Francisco Jose de Caldas to the educational institutions: Canada, Santa Barbara, Tesoro la cumber, particulary, the report gives reason of the contribution to the learning-environment bult in the classroom from the execution of some workshops focused to the socio-affective development of the project of curricular reorganization by cycles. Thanks to the implementation of learning- environ ment guided to the socio-affective development, the practice allowed the reorganization of different schooling dynamics in order to improve the school coexistence, given pedagogical mediation in order that the students of different grades explore their habilities of emphaty, cooperation and communal work; they will improve better the communication and the taken of decisions, they will be sensitized of the respect for the multiple differences that the others have, and the reflexion about a their roles in the rights guarantee.
