Continuing with what was previously said, this document shows the structuring of a Business Plan for EMCOCIVIL SAS, where the service portfolio is established, the study of supply and demand is structured, the organization chart is structured and functions are assigned to its components, on the other hand . , the financial statements are shown such as: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow with which indicators are calculated that show whether a business idea is feasible.
