Resumen
This data-gathering tells the activities realized during the internship in the Instituto de Paz of the Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas. The internship was made to complete the degree "Licenciatura en Ciencias Sociales" or "Licenciatura en Educacion Basica con Enfasis en Ciencias Sociales".The activities made were focused on the social research, specifically on the development of Colombia's rural areas and the consequences of the armed conflict on the victims. The research encounters resulted in the construction of key actors' maps (MACs), academic dissertations and published papers. These enclaves allowed us to re-encounter the 91' Constitution and the Constitutional Court; showcasing the elites that have been present on the construction of national law and land ownership, leading ultimately to the ecologic constitution and the referendums. Two elements that are lesser known in social and law sciences, but that come up as results of the social struggle and the researchers that support the processes of the armed conflict's victims. All of it, as the result of 6 months of analysis and group construction. The internship didn't only allow the objective and observable research, but also the knowledge and methods to perform practical community projects. This paper had the direction of the professor Jaime Wilches, who provided the tools and academic background that made each one of the academic encounters possible. This publication comes from an interdisciplinary group that had the objective of establishing research and analysis from different fields of knowledge; we integrated law elements, communication techniques, political science, anthropology and economic theories. Making sure to use all these tools to provide a new perspective on Colombia's armed conflict in relation to land ownership.
