Propuesta para el desarrollo de la Norma NTC-ISO-IEC 17025:2017 para el proceso de acreditación ONAC de las pruebas de humedad y granulometría según la Norma INVIAS 122-123 del 2013 en DCL Ingeniería S.A.S.

Abstract

In this present project, a soil company located in the city of Bogotá D.C will be announced, "DCL INGENIERIA SAS", it is a laboratory that is in charge of testing materials for different clients nationwide. The main problem of this company is that it does not have a developed quality management system and therefore affects all the areas that compose it, the objective of the laboratory is to be accredited before the national accreditation body in Colombia (ONAC) according to the standard NTC-ISO-IEC-17025: 2017, standard in which it provides the necessary requirements to be met by testing and calibration laboratories, facilitating the harmonization of quality criteria. The research methodology used in the development of this project was through a diagnosis where we verify the current state of the company, we use a control tool to see compliance with the management and technical requirements of the NTC-ISO-IEC-17025 standard : 2017, according to compliance, all the documentation necessary for said compliance was prepared together with the improvement plans and determining costs and resources that were taken into account in the accreditation process before the ONAC.
