Evaluación Al Programa Basura Cero En Bogotá, Localidad Kennedy Periodo 2013-2014

Abstract

The Guild of recyclers is an important part in our society because without them the environment would be much more deteriorated. The zero waste program is part of this great change and appropriation process in which the population acquires a new awareness and knowledge of recycling, in which waste pickers and the community made a joint effort to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of sector. The zero waste program aims to strengthen the guild recycler promoting culture and organization in order to ensure that the waste generated in the city can be utilized in the production cycle. Besides searching the recycler is recognized as an operator of sanitation services in the city and for this reason the work they perform is dignified. Stressing the importance it has achieved the zero waste program is the creation of the Association of Recyclers in each locality, these are made with the help of the UAESP and Local mayors. Recyclers associations are the backbone for the organization of zero waste program, as these provide relevant information of historical routes and recyclers that are in the town.
