Abstract

The proposal of La Manga Studio is the design and manufacture of earrings made by hand in polymer clay, the objective is that these designs are an alternative for the traditional market, with elements that respond to fashion, authenticity and elegance of the women; In this way, it will be possible to take advantage of the innovation needs that exist in the design market of, as well as promote the creation of job opportunities that generate economic and productive development, favoring the numbers of entrepreneurial artisan women in Colombia. The objective of this work is to design a business plan for the company LA MANGA STUDIO, to carry out a strategic planning of the company that allows to visualize how its Incorporation into the market would be as well as its operation and sustainability over time. The proposal uses the Canvas business model, which is one of the techniques for the design and validation of ventures. This technique summarizes the business model in 9 content modules, with a table of financial indicators that allow you to easily visualize the profitability and the future of the business.
