Apoyo A Las Actividades Del Grupo De Inocuidad En La Producción Primaria Pecuaria Del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario

Abstract

In order to support the activities of the Group in the Innocuousness in the Primary Production Pecuary of the Colombian Agropecuary Institute, a work plan was created that included a first stage of contextualization in which were made the revision of the applicable regulations and the evaluation criteria of livestock farms dedicated to the production of meat for human consumption and a second stage in which accompaniment was developed in livestocks farms evaluation visits, accompaniment in activities of socialization of regulations and support in activities of certification in good livestock farming practices and sanitary and innocuousness authorization; in parallel, the Cesar and Valle del Cauca branch offices were followed up with regard to sanitary and innocuousness authorization. As a result of support in the activities of sanitary and innocuousness authorization, were reviewed the databases and the accompaniment in the sanitary and innocuousness authorization brigade in the Arauca branch office; for good livestock farming practices was possible to establish the national consolidated of livestock farms certified and was designed a guide to establish procedures fot the integrated manipulate of plagues; finally, as part of the follow-up carried out to branch offices, they were identified the evaluation criteria with the highest percentage of non-compliance in each one.
