The image contains news about Circular No. 24, by the Development Secretariat of the Government of the Province of Nueva Granada. The circular, addressed to the mayors of several towns such as Bogotá, Chiquinquirá, Zipaquirá and others, orders that the documents related to the assets belonging to the schools be sent to the Cabildos. These documents include the land auction procedures and the deeds of recognition of the auctioneers, which were previously in the custody of the Political Heads before the elimination of the cantonal entity. The measure is based on seeking to ensure that the Councils can fully comply with the responsibilities established in article 55 of the current municipal ordinance, thus facilitating more efficient and centralized management of the assets intended for the promotion of primary education.
