| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Circular Núm. 24, por la Secretaría de Fomento de la Gobernación de la Provincia de la Nueva Granada. La circular, dirigida a los alcaldes de varias localidades como Bogotá, Chiquinquirá, Zipaquirá y otros, ordena que se remitan a los Cabildos los documentos relativos a los bienes pertenecientes a las escuelas. Estos documentos incluyen las diligencias de remate de terrenos y las escrituras de reconocimiento de los rematadores, que previamente estaban bajo la custodia de los Jefes políticos antes de la eliminación de la entidad cantonal. La medida se basa en buscar asegurar que los Cabildos puedan cumplir plenamente con las responsabilidades establecidas en el artículo 55 de la ordenanza municipal vigente, facilitando así una gestión más eficiente y centralizada de los bienes destinados al fomento de la instrucción primaria. The circular, addressed to the mayors of several towns such as Bogotá, Chiquinquirá, Zipaquirá and others, orders that the documents related to the assets belonging to the schools be sent to the Cabildos. These documents include the land auction procedures and the deeds of recognition of the auctioneers, which were previously in the custody of the Political Heads before the elimination of the cantonal entity.
