Degree work that is developed with the foundation of promoting reflection and meaningful learning with fourth grade students of primary school, through action research involving tools in the proposed activities such as the action of manipulating, home scale, seesaw and pattern element allowing the strengthening of logical-mathematical thinking from the realistic context. Considering what the constructivist pedagogy (Vygotsky) proposes, where the student is the protagonist and the creator of his knowledge, it is thus that, through the situations and activities proposed in this research, they allow strengthening and enriching previous knowledge, deepening some more advanced concepts from the student's natural language. The data for the respective analyses, methodological techniques were used in the collection of information such as photographs, logs and recordings with the fourth grade students, belonging to the Social Promotion Educational Institution of the municipality of Pital - Huila, which yielded precise information for the analysis and the different observations that were made in a cyclical or spiral manner (Lewin), remaining the constant reflection of the teaching practice, thus concluding the present work.
