Resumen
The document presents the work based on the Bilingualism Program at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. Bilingualism Program provides support to public workers who aim to learn English for communication in the work environment. In this way, workers can be promoted from level A1 to B1 of CEF Common European Framework. Bilingualism Program also complements the employee and his work with the interest of training in English, due to the personal and professional possibilities. The internship took place in virtual modality at the ministry. This internship was developed through the Self-Regulated Learning, and applied by interactive tasks developed in tutoring sessions with the purpose of practicing the communication goals of the adult students in the course English Dot Works. The participants for this internship studied the program from home as part of the contingency rules of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main objective of this work is to strength the learning activities with self-regulation in individual tutoring through the implementation of interactive tasks proposed in the pedagogical intervention.
