Abstract

This project focuses on designing and implementing a Document Management Plan and a Monitoring Dashboard for the Colombian Red Cross in Cundinamarca and Bogotá, aiming to optimize the implementation of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001. The research addresses specific challenges related to document management and ISO 9001 regulations, establishing a robust structure for document collection and organization. The Document Management Plan, characterized by its detail and precision, is designed to ensure the proper organization and control of documents. Simultaneously, the Interactive Dashboard provides a visual tool to monitor and evaluate the progress of the QMS. This approach not only addresses practical issues in document management but also establishes the groundwork for continuous improvement and alignment with international quality standards, marking a significant milestone in the efficiency and sustainability of the organization.
