The present work ‘‘Cultivating assertive communication in teachers and nursery teachers” is an instructive addressed to directors and teachers of children’s education in order to provide simple and practical ideas, as well as questions that allow strengthen communication channels to be this fundamental in the task of teachers since pedagogy is based on dialogic acts. This Instructive is made up of three modules: In the first module the topic of communication is conceptually developed; in the second one ,we talk about the importance of emotional intelligence, highlighting the way in which it has an impact on the act of communication; finally in the third module, assertiveness is raised as a central theme and the ways to promote it inside the educational contexts. The description, the components of the topic and the pedagogical actions are proposed to be developed by the group of teachers in order to promote their management through a Ludic-Pedagogical proposal which allows the internalization of each module through the reflection, discussion and sharing in the group during the performance of such actions.
