Abstract

This document is intended to support the preparation, management and execution of a public tender contract awarded to the company Valores Empresariales S.A.S corresponding to the preparation of appraisals in IFRS standards of the hospital network and Warehouses owned by the Integrated Subnet of Health Services SUBRED CENTRO EAST E.S.E. The project covers about 60 properties according to information provided in the contract and award certificate, these properties have been classified and organized according to the regulations governing the health services infrastructure unifying the report of values ​​in a total of 20 appraisal reports prepared with the standards required and the regulations applicable during the execution period. He The purpose of the public tender is due to the new accounting regulations that apply to public entities and that requires their property, plant and equipment assets to have a technical-valuation support for the determination of their values ​​and subsequent depreciation analysis.
