Evaluación de las Políticas Públicas en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud para el Régimen Subsidiado y Contributivo en Bogotá a Través de Dinámica De Sistemas

Abstract

Mathematical model developed through system dynamics aimed at evaluating in the city of Bogotá D.C. the impact of public policies in the social security system in health, SGSSS for subsidized and contributive regime , raised with the bill 210 of 2013 to reform the law 100 of 1993 , by which it redefines the SGSSS and other provisions . Contains a characterization of the health system in Colombia since its financial structure proposed by the Law 100 of 1993 and for the proposed system for the bill 210 of 2013. In addition consists presents the dynamic behavior of both health systems and impact on system performance of the reforms proposed by the government , with the axes of comparison , financial resources , perceived quality and available to provide the health service infrastructure.
