Resumen
The importance of bebop movement and language in the history of jazz, highlighting the role of artists such as Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie, allows us to understand the specific characteristics in which the language developed and configured around the year 1940 unfolds. Using processes of transcription and improvisation jazz musicians have the freedom and flexibility to compose works that are within the framework of the cultural and artistic impact of this innovative language on the genre. The works Hot house, My melancholy baby and Dizzy atmosphere, in the present case, in the light of interpretation and transcription allow the development of skills that, through understanding and musical notation, lead to the development of improvisational techniques typical of jazz.
