Apoyo en el proceso de la incorporación de la gestión del riesgo para el esquema de ordenamiento territorial (EOT) del municipio de Albán, Cundinamarca.

Abstract

The following report is evidence of the degree work carried out through the internship modality, which covers the process carried out for the incorporation of risk management, which, however, will later allow the formulation of the EOT of the municipality of Albán, Cundinamarca. The above, based on Decree 1807 of 2014, compiled in Decree 1077 of 2015, with regard to the incorporation of risk management in land use plans. In this sense, the project worked on risk management, specifically the basic studies of threat by mass movements, floods and torrential avenues, which developed for the rural area, suburban soils (Chimbe, La María), the Road Corridor of rural services of Pantanillo and the urban area. In the process, the results are presented, in a first part, of the susceptibility variables and the triggering factors that lead to obtain the zoned areas in high, medium and low threat. In a second part, the results of the delimited and zoned areas in a condition of threat and risk are presented, which depend on the degree of threat identified (medium and high for areas in threat condition and high for areas at risk), and if you have infrastructure that may be affected (roads, housing, public services) for the risk issue, and areas susceptible to future development for threat.
