Resumen
To obtain the title of “Environmental Administrator” of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, the “methodological proposal for the technical, administrative and environmental standardization of aquatic facilities in the city of Bogotá” is presented, which under the Monograph mode aims to standardize the procedures of aquatic facilities (Swimming pools and Spas) to become a simple and affordable methodology for the recipients of Law 1209 of 2008. The proposed methodology addresses the environmental aspects that should be taken as a reference in the Hydroludic organizations, as well as define a strategic control procedure, implementing mathematical indexes with a scorecard for the evaluation of the performance of the methodology. The technical considerations regarding the operational and administrative procedures in the aquatic facilities seek to resolve the uncertainty between current regulations and the occurrence of accidents related to pathologies, entrapments, mutilations and drowning of users of swimming pools and spas in Bogotá.
