Abstract

The infrastructure department of the logistics agency of the military forces (ALFM) is the specialized technical logistics operator in comprehensive management of works; planning, technical structuring, control and monitoring of infrastructure projects in the national territory, in accordance with the plans and programs of the Colombian military forces, the defense and security sector, the national government and other public entities. This report attempts to document the activities carried out during the duration of the internship carried out at the ALFM, the objective of which was to support the integral management of civil works for the correct planning, execution and monitoring of the current projects in the entity, therefore The results obtained for each of the proposed activities and their respective analysis are compiled here.
