Abstract

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is a management tool that allows maximizing efficiency (overall efficiency) production system, extending the life cycle of all equipment (machinery, raw materials and human resources tool). The management system can achieve the qualitative and quantitative results related to the area of ​​production, development, sales and administration preventing all losses, given turn all the above factors. Full participation from senior executives to front-line operators, hereinafter referred controllers must ensure more effective processes and activities based on inter-group and work procedures; ensuring the integral contribution of employees (zero losses in the process). This degree work aims to propose a system of standardization that allows the elaboration, monitoring and updating of critical activities in teams, ensuring the processes from the safest practice to less controlled, with higher quality and that in turn ensures the basic skills required controllers to perform their tasks
