Resumen
The following document presents a systematization of experience together with a proposal for the teaching of reading in first grade at the Silveria Espinosa de Rendón school, having as a methodology qualitative research focused on the systematization of pedagogical experiences based on a reflection of a narrative nature regarding to what was experienced during a period of eight months between the month of March and the month of November of the year 2021. Throughout the pedagogical experience, an educational proposal arises around the need that arises during the initiation of the reading process in elementary school students, specifically in course 103, which allowed teachers in training to rethink the methods and perspectives used in the classroom according to the modality and resources used by the head teacher according to the aforementioned health emergency, thus strengthening the personal, professional and academic development of the practitioners
