Construcción y actualización de información base del macro-proceso de evaluación y control para el desarrollo y avance de la Política 4: Modernización de la gestión administrativa, financiera y del talento humano, Dentro del marco del plan estratégico de desarrollo 2008-2016 de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

The objective ‘s project is the construction and updating of the database of the Macro Process of Evaluation and Control composed by Evaluation and Control Process and Disciplinary Control Process. This project was carried out by the student over 12 months in favor of the improvement of specific processes, playing the role of supervision, performing activities of the SIGUD in the assistants of Planning and Control Office of the University Francisco Jose de Caldas. With the accompaniment and direction of the Industrial Engineering academic Project and Planning and Control Office l of Conformity with the established in the Work Plan, the updating and adjustment of the characterization, procedures, formats, legal basis, indicators, risks of the Evaluation and Control Process and Control and Disciplinary Control Process, additionally, the base information was collected to carry out the study of workloads of said processes. When carrying out the standardization and documentation of the processes, it was evidenced that the critical points are focused on the lack of documentation or outdated documentation of the processes and procedures. The identification of the management indicators allowed the managers to visualize a way to increase the capacities to exercise control. The correct identification and evaluation of the risks became a crucial element in the organizational management of the university, which allowed the managers anticipate situations potentially adverse to the process. It is expected that the products generated in the Degree Project allow the improvement of management processes and the generation of fast and effective decisions, allowing the development of these in the conditions of transparency and efficiency in the use of resources, according to with the objectives of the university.
