Abstract

The academic document presented below is intended to serve as degree thesis to opt for the title of Magister in interdisciplinary social research. its interest includes the presentation of an investigation on the incidence of the social imaginary in building a kind of collective identity, and that emanates from the leadership of a social institution, in this case district union, which developed from the question central In what way does the social imaginary influence, that on union present, the directors of the District Association of Educators -AD- in the construction of a type of union collective identity?
