Resumen
The purpose of this project is to analyze the consumption of drinking water as a public service in each stratum, before and during the health emergency in Bogotá, to determine the impact of the pandemic. For this, information was collected in the SUI (Single Information System), obtaining data on drinking water consumption per cubic meter, in the three six-month periods; first period 2020, second period 2020, first period 2021 and the annual one for the year 2019. After obtaining all the information, it is classified by strata, by social layers, in order to subsequently analyze in which social sector consumption was most affected and its variation, likewise, data was collected from the subscribers during the semesters of the two years, evidencing great changes and variations aimed at the hypothesis raised in the justification of the problem, already having the previous information, we proceeded to graph it with the help of an intelligent application, the which was of great benefit in terms of precision and ease in displaying the graphs. Finally, each of the tables produced with the SUI before and during the pandemic were analyzed, with which it was possible to conclude that the hypothesis that was proposed as the basis for the study actually turned out to be true, which means that both the Both consumption and the number of subscribers to the public aqueduct service increased significantly, noting, in addition, that the strata with the highest consumption rates are stratum one and two. Having described the above, we proceeded to carry out the respective analysis of each of the data obtained in each methodological phase, to define in an organized and described manner the expected results according to the objectives that we set ourselves from the beginning of the investigation.
