Resumen
The aeronautical and metalworking industrial sector worldwide and Colombia is finds itself in an active and changing environment characteristic of globalization and implementation of new innovative and revolutionary technologies that allow dynamize endogenous and exogenous processes of organizations, thus obtaining benefits for them. The objective of this research is to propose a mixed methodology of the Kano and Canvas models that aims to generate the offer of a technology-based product from Aerospace Business Group LLC for the aeronautical and metalworking sector of the city of Bogotá-Colombia. During the development of the research, the need to implement a design service, through a virtual platform to companies in the sector aeronautical and metalworking of the city of Bogotá-Colombia due to the fact that many of These companies constitute a broad group called SMEs, which, due to their characteristics and classification do not have the financial muscle to have a department design technician or acquire such services from companies specialized in such work. With the implementation of this business line, SMEs are expected to have access to Information and Communication Technologies, thus creating an environment competitive in the environment of its economic activity, it is necessary to mention that the current -COVID 19- is an opportunity to energize services linked to digitization and virtual environments.
