Abstract

The real estate market in Colombia is quite dynamic. This dynamic has led to the fact that in recent years this market has migrated towards the use of web portals and applications by users to search for properties and by owners to offer them. Currently there are no prominent portals that allow the user experience to be complemented by implementing the visualization of 3D models to help a broader and more informative display of the property. This project aims to develop an application focused on real estate trading by implementing augmented reality technology for the visualization of 3D models in a hybrid reality to allow users to have a better visualization of the properties of interest. Additionally, it seeks to implement official databases to carry out a correct neighborhood and locality categorization.
