Abstract

In the present work, the feasibility of creating a company dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of tiles based on recycled polyaluminum in the city of Bogotá D.C. was determined. For this, a feasibility study was carried out taking into account a series of aspects that allowed determining the market, technical, economic, financial, legal and political viability of the investment project. Initially, an environmental analysis was developed where it was possible to identify those key aspects that generate an impact on the development of the project, analyzing environmental, technological, economic, sociocultural, and political-legal issues. After this, a market study was carried out where the characteristics of the target market were determined, by means of carrying out a detailed investigation in which an unsatisfied demand with respect to the product in question could be identified; In addition, the existing offer or that supplies the same need was analyzed, and the marketing prices were established. Based on the results obtained, a marketing strategy was defined that aims to publicize the product and encourage its purchase by the target population. Afterwards, the technical feasibility was evaluated by estimating the production capacity, the selection of the most convenient location for the production plant, as well as the engineering specifications and the organizational structure necessary for the proper functioning of the company. Subsequently, the economic viability of the project was evaluated, taking into account aspects such as the necessary investments, expected income, costs and expenses that must be assumed, among other economic and financial aspects. Finally, the final economic evaluation and the sensitivity analysis of the project were carried out to define the real viability.
