Observación, descripción y análisis del Diplomado de Formación Musical Nivel Medio, 2017 Ministerio de Cultura, Región Caribe, Morroa - Sucre.

Abstract

Through Plan Nacional de Música para la Convivencia del Ministerio de Cultura (National Plan of Music for Coexistence of the Ministry of Culture), in agreement with Fundación Música en los Templos (Music in the Temples Foundation) and Francisco José de Caldas District University, the third diploma course level in musical education was carried out in six regions of Colombia, connecting professors of several municipalities in the country and six students of the curricular project of Musical Arts of the Art Faculty ASAB.

The purpose of this research was to collect, systematize, and analyze the information obtained in the mid-level diploma course held in the Caribbean Region, Morroa (Sucre) during the second semester of 2017 in order to write a document that allows further research and contributes to the qualification of the training component of the PNMC.

The analysis of information was directed to solve four research questions that reached important conclusions about the tensions between the institutional proposal, the adviser's proposal and the musical practices of the participating professors, pedagogies of the professors, inclusion of their teaching methods by the advisor in charge and the level to which the diploma course corresponds. It was confirmed that this training process continues and will continue to contribute to the strengthening of musical pedagogy and all the benefits this brings to our country.
