In Bogota, 213,159 trips are made daily in cycling, currently representing 6% of total trips, (Bicycle Mobility in Bogotá, 2014) trend shown in Growth and that is not alien to the reality of the FJDC District University if we have in factors such as the economic saving in the displacement of the student population of the university, made up mostly of strata 1 and 2 (strata that make up 80% of total bicycle trips). At the Engineering Headquarters approximately 25% of its Students (1543 students) are frequently mobilized in cycling, however, the this station has a capacity for 84 cycles which covers only 6% of the that the remaining percentage does not travel to the have a parking space while taking classes, have also been presented Theft and security incidents and damage to the cyclamen when exposed to the environment. For these reasons, it is sought to propose a project that can solve these problems rendering more efficient and effective the parking cycle of the headquarters of Engineering of the Universidad Distrtal Francisco José de Caldas automating it, increasing the space, its conditions and safety, to help expand the use of cycling in the academic community of the faculty.
